Li-Ji started his career in IT and Communication industry and became a professional instructor since 2004. As a technical consultant, he had participated in major networking projects for enterprises and service providers in Taiwan and China. As an instructor, he taught and achieved high MTM scores on Cisco core technical courses, NetApp trainings, and cross-vendor topics like Flexpod, programming languages, Software Defined Networking (SDN), and OpenStack.

Li-Ji is a Certified Cisco Systems Instructor (CCSI #30641) and a NetApp certified instructor. He also holds Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert (CCIE #8299) active status since 2001.

Susanne is an expert in the field of Networking and Telecommunications whose career spans over 30 years of network implementation and design as well as teaching experience. In the course of her career, she has attained technical expertise in areas such as; enterprise IP networking, wireless networking, cloud networking, network visibility and packet access, network security, Carrier Ethernet, MPLS, cellular network technologies, video technologies, VoIP technologies, transport and signaling, and optical technologies such as SONET/SDH.

She holds multiple certifications in these technology areas including CCNP and CCIE written level certification for Routing and Switching technologies, Wireless and Security from Cisco as well as other vendors.

Susanne is one of the top rated instructors in the US and in addition to her CCSI#34995 she holds instructor level certifications for vendors such as Juniper, HP and Ciena.

Most recently she has been involved in design and implementation of network visibility and packet access for both physical and cloud networking environments as well as network security. In addition to teaching, she writes certification courses for groups like Cisco, HP, Juniper, Gigamon, etc.

Jim is an expert in the field of Information Technology whose career spans over 25 years in organizations of high repute in various parts of the world. Jim’s expertise in IT has helped many leading industry players of IT in the areas of sales, pre-sales, distribution, channel-related activities, route-to-market / go-to-market messaging and approaches related to cloud services, infrastructure, and related solutions.

Jim works with a variety of organisations in the areas of business advisory, channels and go-to-market planning, optimisation, and execution, business development, and process improvement. Jim also works with managers and executives as a certified behavioural consultant focusing on workplace culture, sales, management, and leadership.

As a doctoral researcher at the University of Liverpool, he is steering his work on the real-world application of research that is derived from, and related to, marketing, sales, and distribution practices in technology firms.

Michael Shawky has demonstrated history of working in a highly reputable Technical ICT Trainer/Network Engineer since 10 years solutions industry. Attained CCSI# 31024.

Michael is one of the TOP 10 instructors in APAC in 2012 - 2013 as per MTM statistics.

He is a Certified Network Professional BCMSN, BSCI, ISCW, TSHOOT, SWITCH, ROUTE and CCNP Voice. Developed of technology / box based classes for most ICT vendors. Over the course of his career Michael has technical consultancies for various business sections covering technologies like cloud design, unified communications, network security, telepresence, MPLS, Application network services, building virtualized datacenters using VMware VSphere. Michael has a various experience teaching in the Information Technology training field.

Shreedevi has been delivering 9 years of consulting, training experience on Routing, Switching, Network Security, and Microsoft technologies. He is a Certified Cisco Systems instructor (CCSI), Implementing Cisco Datacenter unified fabric (DCUFI), NetApp Certified Data Management Administrator (NCDA), Switch, Building Scalable Cisco Internetwork (BSCI), Cisco Certified Network Associates (CCNA).

Mark Kerzner is an experienced instructor with a demonstrated hands-on Software Architect, Writer, Trainer, Data Scientist. Distributed and grid computing, AWS - complete spectrum, Spark, Hadoop, MapReduce, MapR, Hive, Pig, Sqoop, Flume, HBase, Cassandra, high-performance multi-threaded applications, data mining, text analytics, mathematical optimization, linear and dynamic programming, Visualization (Tableau) and a Big Data professional. Currently Mark is also involved in Managing partner, trainer, software architect. As well in a number of Big Data / Hadoop projects in eDiscovery, search, marketing, and training.

He implements customer data collection with Scala/Spark/Hadoop analytics, Project for quantitative trading: architect Scala/Spark/Hadoop/HBase infrastructure, assist with data analysis, such as similarity-set, dimensionality reduction (PCA), grouping and clustering (K-means), ranking, regressions, correlations, Tableau visualization of results. Alex Fok is a Certified IT professional trainer with 20+ years experience which he brings into the class room to the benefit of students. He attained CCIE # 29961. Alex with his strong communicator with a passion for training and passing on knowledge.

He is a specialist instructor on Security and was the first to implementing Cisco ISE 2.0 lab upgrade and run the first Cisco ISE workshop for Cisco. Thereafter he became one of the first instructors in the globe to be authorised to teach this version of the security product.

In addition he is a dual certified Cisco and NetApp Instructor. He has successfully deployed a cloud version of the Netapp student lab using VMware vcloud.
